Mitt Romney’s/Bain Capital’s formula for successful takeovers sure has a familiar ring to it.
1. Hostile acquisition/takeover (low buy-out price, or whatever is necessary).
2. Suck the acquisition dry.
3.Outsource any leftovers for a return value.
4. Profit!
